Here’s a suggestion that, frankly, we don’t hear enough: You need to eat MORE deep fried food.
According to a new study out of England, deep frying might be one of the keys to SAVING the environment and curbing climate change. The researchers found that the fatty acids that are released into the air during the deep frying process can form little clouds. Yes, little clouds of fat. And those can help shield the planet and keep our climate stable.
Now . . . before you get too excited, they say there will need to be a lot more research before they can definitively say that invisible floating fat is the key to curbing climate change. But this is an interesting first step in the process. And in the mean time, I guess, you could start deep frying everything just in case this DOES turn out to be right?
