JON BON JOVI sent the writers of the show “Fresh Off the Boat” some BON JOVI swag, after they mentioned him in a recent episode. Jon has also launched his own brand of wine.

LYNYRD SKYNYRD recently announced a farewell tour, but guitarist GARY ROSSINGTON says it doesn’t necessarily mean the band is done. In a recent interview he said “I know we’re going to take some time off after this farewell tour that’s all planned, and then who knows. Even, like, the Eagles and a lot of people retire for a year or two and they have to come back. It’s just in your blood, y’know? ”

ROGER DALTREY will tour this summer, singing THE WHO’s “Tommy” backed by a local orchestra at each stop. The closest dates to us will be June 10 and 12 at the Wolf Trap in Vienna, VA.

This is hysterical! It’s called “Rock & Roll Until a Reasonable Hour”, and it’s a mash-up done by DJ Cummerbund, which mixes “Rock and Roll All Night” from KISS with “Easy” by the COMMODORES.

JOHN MELLENCAMP‘s Plain Spoken: From the Chicago Theater is now available on Netflix. It’s a self-narrated film, showing a perfromance and behind the scenes commentary by John himself.

K.K. DOWNING, former axeman for JUDAS PRIEST, has announced that his memoir, Heavy Duty: Days and Nights in Judas Priest will be out on September 20.

The new album from the STONE TEMPLE PILOTS will be self-titled, and it will be out on March 16.

NEIL YOUNG appears in a movie called “Paradox”, which marks the directorial debut of his girlfriend DARYL HANNAH.  (Full Story)
