SHARON OSBOURNE says that a movie about her relationship with OZZY is in the works, but it will focus on the two of them and not a sex, drugs and rock and roll kind of thing. She spoke to Variety about it – check it out here.

A JOHN LENNON stamp will be the next release in the USPS’s Music Icon series. It’s coming on September 7.

The next KISS tour might be the last, and if it is, GENE SIMMONS would be okay with former members joining them onstage.  But on one condition:  Quote, “You cannot put on the makeup.  You’ve been out of the band 20 years.  It’s not going to happen.” The band is also getting another trading cards treatment in October. According to a press release, “Dynamite Entertainment is bringing a Deluxe-Premiere trading card set to specialty retailers this fall,” the company said in a statement, “featuring a select group of Kiss’ fan-favorite photos and artists portraying the world-renown rock band in all their glory, plus Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley signed cards!”

“November Rain” by GUNS N’ ROSES is the first music video from the ’90s to reach a billion views on YouTube.

A concept album is in the works for SAMMY HAGAR‘s supergroup, THE CIRCLE, which features MICHAEL ANTHONY, JASON BONHAM and VIC JOHNSON. No release has been set.

There’s a lot of buzz around the trailer for “Boy Erased”.  It stars NICOLE KIDMAN and RUSSELL CROWE as religious parents who send their gay son to conversion therapy.  FLEA from the RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS is in it too. Boy Erased opens in select theaters November 2nd.

Coming September 18, The Gospel According to Luke, a memoir by TOTO axeman STEVE LUKATHER.

A second trailer for the FREDDIE MERCURY and QUEEN biopic has been released. Bohemian Rhapsody will be in theaters on November 2.
