Woodstock 50 is less of a train wreck now.  They secured a new financial backer.  But there’s still no word when tickets might go on sale. The couple from the cover of the “Woodstock” album will return for the 50th anniversary show that’s happening at the original site. 

A green cardigan that KURT COBAIN wore for his last photoshoot just sold for $75K. And a used paper plate that KURT COBAIN scribbled a set list on sold for more than $22,000. 

According to KLAUS MEINE, it’s possible that we’ll have a new SCORPIONS album in 2020.

DAVID LEE ROTH says he’s considering a Las Vegas residency and that “lots of people are asking for it”.

ADAM LAMBERT has been a great replacement for FREDDIE MERCURY in QUEEN, but should he record an album with them?  He says, quote, “I’m not sure it makes total sense because it wouldn’t really be Queen, because to me Queen is Freddie.”

ZZ TOP continue their 50th anniversary celebrations this year, while setting up plans for year 51. The band is working on a jukebox musical show for release next year. “Sharp Dressed Man” will tentatively open in L.A. 

Coming February 13, 2020 – “Vertigo”, a project from ZAKK WYLDE‘s BLACK SABBATH cover band, ZAKK SABBATH. It’s a cover of the entire first Sabbath album, and will be limited to 500 CD/DVD copies.
