An Australian radio personality has circulated info that he says he has received regarding AC/DC. He claims that a new album will be out in the next couple months, and there will be a tour with BRIAN JOHNSON and most likely PHIL RUDD.

STING was asked if he wanted there to be a biopic about him, and he said, “Absolutely not.”  Instead, he wrote a stage musical about his childhood, called “The Last Ship”.  It’s currently running in Los Angeles. 

In the “Good Morning America” interview that aired Tuesday, January 21, OZZY OSBOURNE revealed that he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, after being treated for a bad fall in his home last February. His wife SHARON said, quote, “It’s not a death sentence by any stretch of the imagination, but it does affect certain nerves in your body.  And it’s like you have a good day, a good day and then a really bad day.” One of the hardest things for Ozzy has been not working.  He said, quote, “Coming from a working-class background, I hate to let people down.  I hate to not do my job . . . [it] gets me down because I can’t contribute to my family.” But he added, quote, “I ain’t done yet.  I ain’t gonna go anywhere yet.” 

NICKELBACK will tour this summer to mark the 15th anniversary of their album “All the Right Reasons”.  STONE TEMPLE PILOTS are opening. 

A petition to create a memorial to the late NEIL PEART of RUSH is getting a lot of support. The memorial would be placed in his hometown of St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. Click here to sign it.

AEROSMITH and ZZ TOP are going to be immortalized as Funko Pop! Figures. And things are getting heated in the AEROSMITH camp. TMZ reports that AEROSMITH drummer JOEY KRAMER is suing the band, saying they’re squeezing him out. The rest of the band says he just can’t hack it right now. Read more here.
