If you travel to any boat ramp that has a parking lot that is near saltwater you’ll see a bunch of trucks with trailers. That means it’s time to catch speckled trout and puppy drum. The best bait are mud minnow, mullet, mirror lures, live shrimp, grubs, gulp, and a myriad of other lures at your local bait shop. Also the flounder fishing is good. Plus blues, croakers, spots, and sea mullet.
Off shore is good for mahi, kings, tuna and wahoo.
Freshwater largemouth bass on whopper ploppers, spinner baits and crank baits. Crappie on jigs and minnows. Bream on crickets and night crawlers.
