Adopt Leroy!

Leroy is a two year old shepherd/retriever mix. He loves to lay on the couch with you, and he does enjoy playing outside, although, if not supervised, will try to dig, but he is working on it. Leroy is great with kids and enjoys a dog friend to play and wrestle with. He has been around cats, but needs to be supervised to make sure he will give them their space. He does seem to have a bit of separation anxiety when left loose alone but does amazing in a crate. He is the perfect addition if you’re looking for a medium/low energy dog that will be your best friend. Unfortunately, Leroy has tested positive for heartworms, and is getting a course of antibiotics and steroids, and his treatment will need to be continued. Get more info here, and meet Leroy in person at:
