Here’s rockin’ Rufas!
Rufas is a black and tan, three year old cattle dog mix, about 45 lbs, who came to the shelter when his previous owner tied him to a cinder block in the backyard and moved on. Rufas needs a family that will invest the time to gain his trust, and he’ll be a great addition to the family that chooses him.
