METALLICA guitarist KIRK HAMMETT has been sober for seven and a half years and he credits that for bringing his brain and memory back. He said he doesn’t even feel 59 years old, and still hasn’t peaked creatively or musically. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame concluded their fan ballot on Friday.  DURAN DURAN came in first with over 930,000 votes, but this doesn’t guarantee their induction.  The official Class of 2022 inductees will be announced this month.
