Eric Kilburn Jr. is already 6-foot-10, and was in the news after his mom said she couldn’t find cleats to fit his size 23 feet. Media reports of his mother’s desperate search for shoes went viral, and the outpouring of support has been non-stop, with social media shares, phone calls and emails from as far as Asia and South America. The family had been facing a $1500 charge to have one pair of shoes custom made for Eric through an orthopedic specialist, but now both Puma and Under Armour will be arriving within the next two weeks to begin fitting Eric for shoes.
