Passengers at Oakland International Airport in California paid tribute to a 100-year-old World War Two vet the other day.  A Southwest employee made it happen.  He got everyone in the terminal to sing “God Bless America”………….. Buying shoes for growing kids is expensive.  So a guy in India invented a new type of shoe for little kids that expands as their feet get bigger.  The brand is called Aretto.   Each size can stretch to fit two additional sizes. He just launched the company last year, so they’re only available in India for now.  But business is booming, and it could help parents save a lot of money……And finally…… 

Nice guy Ryan Reynolds fulfilled the dying wish of 45-year-old Wrexham fan named Jay Fear who has terminal appendix cancer.  He met with him and his family at Saturday’s game, the same night Wrexham secured promotion to the English Football League. Ryan said, quote, “It was amazing to meet Jay.  I wonder if I’d have the same unwavering joy if our roles were reversed.  He is an exceptional person and his family is wonderful “.  Ryan gave Jay a signed glove from “Deadpool 2” and invited the family to visit the set of “Deadpool 3” in London, once filming starts in six weeks.
