An 84-year-old woman near Pittsburgh named Dot Sharp finally retired after working at McDonald’s for 45 years.  She remembers when they started serving Happy Meals in 1979, McNuggets a year later, and even the McPizza in 1986. She’s been working the drive-thru for the past nine years, and customers love her, so she’ll be missed.  But her granddaughter Dotty is following in her footsteps and also works at McDonald’s……………..A family near Albany, New York repurposed their giant skeleton decoration from Halloween for a good cause. There have been multiple instances of trucks crashing into a low bridge near their home, including one carrying compressed fuel that caused an explosion visible by radar. The homeowners moved the skeleton closer to the road and posted a sign with it, warning truckers about the low bridge up ahead………………And finally……………

A man who runs an Instagram page called BikingDC posted a video last month of a hardworking delivery guy who didn’t let a broken foot stop him from delivering food on his bike. He was strapping a walker to the handlebars to help him get around, and said it was tough but he had “bills to pay.”  So the Instagram guy’s followers banded together, and ended up sending him $2,400 on Cash App. The Instagram guy posted a follow-up video where they meet up again, and the guy insists on buying him lunch to say thanks.
