We’re going in a different direction this week, since our Rock Dog was adopted quickly. This s is Barbara (aka Batwoman), our Rock Cat of the Week!
She came to the shelter by someone saying they found her, but Barbara came with a dramatic entrance……when asked to proceed with the process, the finder became agitated and ended up dumping her in a crate in our lobby. So, the shelter folks are pretty sure that it was her owner that brought her in. Basically…she FLEW into the lobby like Batwoman.
Barbara has fit right into the shelter life. She loves getting her catnip, meowing at the caretakers and people walking by, and taking her catnaps. With the #EmptyTheShelters promotion from the #BissellPetFoundation, her adoption fee is only $20!
