Meet Athena! This beautiful pit mix came into the shelter in early December and efforts to find her owner were unsuccessful. She has been patiently waiting for a new family ever since. Athena likes other dogs, does well with children and loves playing in the yard with her humans. She’s just over a year old and she is heartworm negative. Athena is still a young dog, and has some learning left to do, so she would do best in a home that will give her the guidance that she needs.  Her adoption fee is just $62.50 which includes her spay, microchip, heartworm test and being up to date on vaccinations.
