Meet Payne! He’s a housebroken 1.5 year old neutered male pit mix who arrived at the shelter in ENC in October from another shelter, when they ran out of space. He is a rambunctious boy who loves to play, and he’d love a home where he can run around and enjoy all his toys. Payne is a very affectionate and people-oriented pooch who would do best in a home without cats. One of his favorite things is a good belly rub while soaking up the sun.
