Panda watch!  Zookeepers at the National Zoo in D.C. say their two giant pandas have been pretty flirty lately.  His name is Bao Li, and she’s Qing Bao.  She’d been ignoring him for months but not anymore, so they’re hoping for a love connection.  Both pandas are on loan from China…………… How’s this for instant karma?  Someone at a NJ convenience store found a $100 bill on the counter, and could have kept it.  But they told the cashier to hang onto it in case the person who left it came back. Then minutes later, they bought a lottery ticket . . . and immediately won a MILLION BUCKS.   They told lottery officials their philosophy is, “If you take something that’s not yours, you will never get your own.”……………….And finally………………… 

The Philadelphia Flyers just added a new member to their squad . . . a puppy named Stanley, as in “Stanley Cup.”  They’re taking care of him and training him to be good around people.  He’ll eventually be a service dog for a veteran or first responder.  They’re working with the group America’s VetDogs.
