A nearly 5-foot-long boa constrictor had to be brought down from a limb in Texas recently.  It was a pet boa . . . unable to fend for itself in the wild.  The animal control officer who rescued it also fostered it.  He said, “She needed a good home, and I felt like me and my son and my wife could give her one . . . her name is [now] Ruby.” …………….An elderly woman in Oklahoma has dedicated herself to re-starting the piano lessons she abandoned as a kid.  She’s over 80 years old, and says, “I think that an outlet outside of your house is good for you “It’s good for your mental state, and your physical state.  When your brain is stimulated, it’s going to help your body too.”………..And finally…………. 

Nebraska woman Tobi Elder is trending after she went on her honeymoon with her own dad.  She was supposed to get married in May, but she and her fiancé broke up two days before the wedding.  She decided to go on her honeymoon trip to Hawaii anyway and do it solo.  But she got there and just felt lonely – until her 68-year-old dad Robert texted and said he was on his way. She posted a video of him walking out of the airport and wrote, “When you’re heartbroken on what was supposed to be your honeymoon in Hawaii, so your dad flies 2,500 miles to hang out with you.”
