A man named PJ and his horse, Shiny, helped catch a hit-and-run driver in New Jersey the other day.  A guy in a gray Accord hit a parked car and sped off, but PJ was riding by on his horse and saw it happen, so he chased after them.  He got a partial license plate number, and it was enough for cops to track the guy down.  He’s facing multiple charges, including driving without a license and leaving the scene of an accident.
