A potty-mouthed parrot in Massachusetts is in the news because he won’t stop swearing, but a ton of people want him anyway.  Someone surrendered him to an animal shelter, and he keeps dropping four-letter words.  More than 50 people from all over the U.S. and Canada have filled out forms to adopt………….. 10-year-old Kendelle Reed from Addison, NY, has gone above and beyond to support local veterans. Since April, Kendelle has been collecting essentials for veterans at the local VA, including socks, t-shirts, and underwear. She set a goal to gather 230 of each item, and held craft sales, made and sold handmade gnomes and candles, and organized bake sales. With the support of her community, she not only met her goal—she surpassed it. The Addison Fire Department named her Citizen of the Year, and the Village of Addison recently held a celebration at the Community Center in her honor.
