Animal rescue workers on Long Island shared a video after they used a remote-control car to rescue a stranded kitten.  It was in a storm drain and wouldn’t come out.  So they put the car in one end, then grabbed the kitten when it ran out the other side.  They called it working “smarter not harder.” ………………..A California mom bought an old “Scream” mask at Goodwill and found out it was worth a lot more than she paid for it.  Those “Ghostface” masks actually predate the movie.  They came out five years before “Scream” hit theaters.  It turned out the mask she bought was from the first production run in 1991.  She paid five bucks and sold it on eBay for $856……………..And finally………….   

After a NY TV station did a story about an autistic boy, Tyler Roche Tilden, being bullied, Darnell Meyers, a longtime bicycle rider with a large online following, took action. Darnell organized a bike ride for Tyler, with over 100 teens, including the local high school football team, riding to Tyler’s house to support him in the fight against bullying.  Tyler was even given a new bike, donated by a local business, and he led the group down his street and off to an area bike path. Tyler’s mom said, “This is a kid who didn’t have friends a few weeks ago besides two or three and now everyone knows him and they’re supporting him.”
