A mother and her toddler are safe after their car recently plunged into a Vermont river and started floating downstream. The 26-year-old mom cut through the airbag, and freed her two-year-old son from his car seat. The two then made it to the roof and were able to swim ashore before firefighters rescued them. Miraculously, no one was harmed……………… A teen scout from Texas earned one of the Boy Scouts of America’s rarest honors after saving his scout leader from drowning. Thirteen-year-old Devon Champenoy freed his scout leader’s trapped foot while they were in dangerous whitewater rapids. The rescued leader said that Devon’s quick instincts likely saved his life. A resident of a senior living home in New Jersey asked that her beloved dog, Coco, go to a loving home when she passed, so, Eugene Bogert, an employee at the home, adopted it. He then surprised his 7-year-old daughter, Jean, by bringing it home. The daughter was already close with the dog from when she used to visit her dad at work, and cried tears of joy when she found out Coco was now hers.
