77-year-old VA man Rudy Neish was a farmer, but he’s now a full-time caregiver to his wife, who has dementia. She used to do all the cooking, but now, Rudy is the chef, thanks to a helpful neighbor, 38-year-old Tyler Butterworth. They’ve helped each other with projects for years, and Rudy recently mentioned to Tyler that he wished he could cook better to give his wife healthier meals, so the two attended a cooking class together. Tyler has a huge social media following and has now been teaching Rudy to cook all sorts of dishes and posting the videos. Rudy’s become a viral sensation, and he’s enjoying the journey, saying that as he’s learned to cook better, more nutritious meals, his wife is doing better as a result.
