A man recently bought a gold-colored Ford F-250, but the previous owner replaced the tailgate with a SILVER one for some reason, so it didn’t match. Anyway, he says that he was leaving Verizon and he saw a miracle: A silver F-250 passing by, with a gold-colored tailgate. He chased the driver down, and . . . they traded tailgates in a grocery store parking lot. This F-250 bromance sounds like DESTINY………….. Texas three-year-old Emi Vatavuk has been honored for helping save her mom’s life during a medical emergency. She was the only other person home when her mom had a seizure. Emi FaceTimed her grandparents in Georgia, and they helped her contact 911. Then she stood on a chair to reach the deadbolt so she could unlock the door for the paramedics. (Here’s a local news story on Emi . . . and another clip with the incredible 911 audio.)……………..And finally…………..
Ronald Harrison Jr., a janitor at an elementary school in Cleveland, TN, was recently surprised by his school community with a new truck. In addition to his work at the school, Mr. Ron is a talented local artist, who often uses his own art to decorate the school halls, and he sketches custom requests for the kids. When Mr. Ron’s ancient truck broke down, forcing him to walk to work, the school community rallied together and raised over $11K in less than a week to purchase a vehicle with help from a local dealership. Students, staff, and families organized a massive lunchtime rally to surprise him, and he was overwhelmed with gratitude.
