At 2 years old, Fred is all about belly rubs, cuddles, and making everyone around him smile with his silly personality. Fred is great with other dogs with a slow introduction and has done well with kids, making him an easy addition to many families. He was surrendered through no fault of his own after the other dogs in his home repeatedly bullied and attacked him. Despite that, Fred has remained incredibly sweet and loving.
