A guy in Ohio found a bunch of FedEx boxes on the side of the highway and hand-delivered them himself. He says he saw a delivery driver dump them there. FedEx is now investigating……………. What a great idea this is: Pittsburgh is looking for volunteers for a program called Snow Angels that helps clear snow for elderly and disabled people. So all winter, they’ll have their driveways and sidewalks shoveled for free. Volunteers get assigned to a neighbor in need of a snow angel who lives no more than a 10-minute walk from their address……….. And finally………….
A woman in Philadelphia named Patricia Gallagher is in the news. Every year, she goes to different nursing homes and hands out hundreds of stuffed animals to seniors who might not get a lot of Christmas gifts. They’re all donated by random people, or come from toy drives. She’s been doing it since 2009…………………….
