Some hikers in Colorado got a nice reward for reaching the top of a trail near Aspen the other day. Some guy had hiked up with a 60-pound pack of ice cream sandwiches, and was there handing them out to people. No one knew who he was. He was wearing an ice cream costume, with sunglasses and a fake mustache . . . and was drinking a beer. One of the hikers called him “legend dairy.”………….A 32-year-old New Yorker Jose Cruz is going viral thanks to his inspiring messages for strangers. He’s been standing on a walkway on the Brooklyn Bridge, holding signs that say things like, “If you are looking for a sign that things will get better, this is it. Keep going. Don’t give up!”…………………And finally………….
KY nurse Misty Combs, was with some colleagues recently, when they saw a panicked mother raccoon running through a parking lot. They followed her and found two of her babies were stuck in the dumpster of a nearby distillery, where they’d gotten drunk on fermented peaches. Misty got one raccoon out, but the other was submerged in water and wasn’t breathing, so she performed CPR on it, and brought it back to life. Kentucky Fish and Wildlife transported the animal to a vet, where it sobered up, and Misty was invited to release it back into the wild the next day.
