Instructions
1. Preheat and prepPreheat the oven to 350 °F. Line a round pizza pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Make the doughIn a separate large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
3. Shape and bakePress the dough evenly onto the prepared pizza pan, forming a large circle about ¼ inch thick. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow the crust to cool completely before adding the topping.
4. Make the frostingIn a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy and spreadable.
5. AssembleSpread the frosting evenly over the cooled crust, leaving a small border around the edge. Arrange the sliced fruit on top in any pattern you like.
