Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

12 ounces smoked sausage, sliced

1 pound baby potatoes

3 ears corn, cut into thirds

3 tablespoons seafood boil seasoning (such as Old Bay)

4 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 lemon, sliced

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil the potatoes
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add the seafood boil seasoning and baby potatoes. Cook for about 10–12 minutes until they begin to soften.
3. Cook the shrimp
Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
4. Drain the boil
Carefully drain the pot and transfer everything to a large bowl or serving tray.
5. Make the butter sauce
In a small pan, melt butter and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice and a pinch of extra seafood seasoning if desired.
6. Toss and serve
Pour the garlic butter over the seafood boil, toss gently, garnish with lemon slices and parsley, and serve hot.
