Punch the monkey and his stuffed toy may have started a trend. An orphaned baby chick in Iowa has found comfort in an unexpected surrogate mom: a fluffy feather duster. The chick was found alone near a dam so animal rescuers set up the duster under heat lamps to mimic a mother hen. The chick quickly snuggled underneath, and for now all is right with the world………………….. This was scary at first, but luckily everyone is safe now. A mother and her young daughter in England were rescued just in time after sinking waist-deep into quicksand. The young girl got stuck first, and then when her mother rushed to help, she got trapped too. Luckily there were a bunch of brave people nearby that came to the rescue, throwing out ropes to save the mother and daughter before the tide came in. A 70-year-old Domino’s delivery driver named Dan is going viral for his thoughtfulness. The Domino’s was out of soda, so Dan went to the grocery store on his own to replace a missing Diet Coke. The customer was thankful, but bummed he couldn’t tip more in the moment, as he had no extra cash on hand. So instead, he started a fundraiser to help him out, and it’s now raised over $29K.
