Tulip is a sweet 2- to 3-year-old brindle Pit Bull who’s been waiting over 100 days for her forever home, making her the longest shelter resident. Like many black or black-and-white Pit Bulls, she’s often overlooked—but she has so much love to give. 55 lb Tulip is spayed and housetrained. This energetic girl loves playing with her canine friends in playgroup and would thrive with an active family that enjoys walks, hikes, or plenty of playtime. As is the case with many shelter dogs, Tulip is heartworm positive, but heartworm is treatable, and she’s absolutely worth the extra care.
