An 11-year-old leukemia patient at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital is going viral because she hung a bunch of funny signs in her hospital window. They said, “I need pizza and donuts” . . . and “Leukemia picked the wrong cowgirl” . . . she even included her Venmo handle too. Local businesses got word of the signs and hooked her up with a bunch of delicious food and treats. (Here’s a news report.)…………… A 16-year-old in Illinois named Randy Gerlach saw a car in a ditch on his way to work earlier this month . . . and even though other cars were just driving by, he stopped, turned around, and went back to check it out. Turns out the female driver inside was unconscious, so he called 911. Emergency crews came out, and she’s going to survive, but doctors later said that if Randy had arrived just 20 minutes later, the woman likely would not have made it. Six-year-old Asher Harvey from Mooresville was born with a heart anomaly that his mom says is basically like having “half a heart,” but he hasn’t let that stop him from dreaming about seeing his favorite team, the Carolina Panthers, and meeting QB Bryce Young and mascot, Sir Purr. With the help of the Make-A-Wish foundation, Asher got his wish, signing with the Panthers for a day, spending time with the players and coaches, and even scoring a touchdown with the team during their Fan Fest event.
