Aerosmith has made history by achieving a Top 10 album on the Billboard 200 chart in six consecutive decades, from the 1970s through the 2020s, as their collaborative album with YUNGBLUD, One More Time, debuts at No. 9 on the Dec. 6 chart. This milestone makes Aerosmith the second group, after The Rolling Stones, and one of only five acts – including Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, and James Taylor—to chart a new Top 10 album in each of these six decades. One More Time marks Aerosmith’s tenth career Top 10 album, and follows their last appearance on the chart’s upper region with 2012’s Music From Another Dimension!, which debuted and peaked at No. 5. The album’s lead single, “My Only Angel,” debuted at No. 1 on Hot Hard Rock Songs back in October, and climbs to a new peak of No. 6 on the most recent Mainstream Rock Airplay chart, becoming Aerosmith’s 25th Top 10 hit on that tally.
