A fingerprint card from JIMI HENDRIX’s 1969 drug bust . . . complete with his signature . . . is going up for auction.

One out of every 14 Americans under 50 either owns or used to own a copy of PINK FLOYD’S “Dark Side of the Moon”.

CHRIS CORNELL’s wife says he never would have taken his own life if he hadn’t relapsed due to a muscle relaxant prescription.  Quote, “He loved his life . . . [He] was the furthest thing from a rock star junkie.  He just wasn’t.  He was the best husband, the greatest father.” Before he died, CHRIS CORNELL took two JOHNNY CASH poems and turned them into a song called “You Never Knew My Mind”.  It’s for an album called “Forever Words” that’s coming out April 6th, where several artists took Johnny’s words and turned them into songs.

PAUL STANLEY wants KISS to continue, even when there are no original members.

The STONE TEMPLE PILOTS self-titled album will be out on March 16, featuring new lead singer JEFF GUTT. Check out the softer side of the band on a new track, “The Art of Letting Go”.

This year is LED ZEPPELIN’s 50th anniversary, and ROBERT PLANT says, quote, “There will be a celebration, I’m sure, somewhere.  A cork will pop!”  An official illustrated book, “Led Zeppelin By Led Zeppelin”, will be out in October, with a new live album expected later this year as well. And apparently, the 50th anniversary celebrations have something to do with the phrase “Led Zeppelin Experience”, as JASON BONHAM had been using that name to tour, but the Zep camp made him change to “Led Zeppelin Evening”….hmmmm.

When BON JOVI performs at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony, originalbass player ALEC JOHN SUCH and guitarist RICHIE SAMBORA will be on stage with them.  Such was let go in 1994, and Sambora left in 2013.
