PAUL STANLEY of KISS says that the band is planning a major tour for 2019. Fans are speculating that this may have something to do with the band trademarking the phrase “The End of the Road”.

Due to “technical issues” while mixing the new album, WHITESNAKE‘s Flesh and Blood project, which had been tentatively set for release this year, has been delayed until 2019.

FRANK HANNON of TESLA has set May 18 as the release date for an album of covers. From One Place … to Another, Vol. 2 will feature many special guests and a wide range of tunes, from Sabbath to on schedule for a May 18 street date. Special guests Roger Fisher (Heart), Graham Whitford, Duane Betts, Randy Hansen and Jared James Nicholas all turn up on the disc, which features covers from SABBATH, AEROSMITH, HENDRIX and even SEAL.

Model PAULINA PORIZKOVA has been married to RIC OCASEK of THE CARS for 29 years. But it turns out they split up a year ago. In a post on Instagram, PORIZKOVA says “Our family always has been – and still is – a well-built car. When the four of us are together, we can go wherever the road takes us. But as a bicycle, my husband and I no longer pedal in unison. So, we’re ditching the bicycle. Ric and I have been peacefully separated for the past year. The photos of our happy family are, in fact, happy family photos; we are just no longer a couple.”

Someone may have jumped the gun on the big GNR announcement. A listing for a four-disc special edition of Appetite for Destruction was posted on Amazon, touted for release on June 29 for $179.78.

MICK JAGGERKEITH RICHARDS, and JEFF BECK will appear on BUDDY GUY’s next album.

Check out ROBERT PLANT and the SENSATIONAL SPACE SHIFTERS performing “The May Queen”, from the album Carry Fire, live at the O2 Apollo Manchester on November 30, 2017.
