Indianapolis Colts owner JIM IRSAY paid $718,000 for the piano JOHN LENNON used to write songs for the “Sgt. Pepper” album. 

TONY IOMMI and BRIAN MAY have been spending some time together in the studio working on riffs.

GUNS N’ ROSESDEF LEPPARD, and LYNYRD SKYNYRDwill headline something called the Exit 111 Festival in Tennessee in October.  If you’re a rock fan, the lineup is seriously stacked.

KIP WINGER says that a new album is in the works for WINGER.

STING is doing a Las Vegas residency next year. 

PAUL MCCARTNEY is issuing another expanded release of his 2018 album. It will be out on May 17, as Egypt Station – Explorer’s Edition. It will be a double album, featuring a new single and bonus live material.

PAUL STANLEY did an interview with Dan Rather where he explained what pushed him to pursue fame.  He said it was to compensate for feeling insecure about being born deaf in his right ear, and having a birth defect – microtia – when you have crumpled cartilage instead of a fully formed ear.
