A senior living facility in Austin, TX was looking for ways to keep the residents entertained during the lockdown, and they’re now keeping residents busy teaching them to brew beer. The project started with a “show and tell” of beer making equipment that a maintenance director brought to work, and it morphed into a small batch brewery. Last week, the fast food joint Sonic put a single cup of ice up for sale on eBay, and said they were auctioning it off for charity.  The money will go toward supplies for teachers.  Well, the auction ended yesterday . . . and the winning bid was $11,211. And finally……….
