Happy Veterans Day! In ENC, a local group is hosting the “March for the 22” today – marching 22 kilometers, with a 22 pound ruck on their backs, to bring awareness to the 22 Veterans that are committing suicide DAILY. The march will finish with an event at Union Point Park in downtown New Bern from 4pm-6pm. National parks have been a great place to get away this year. And for Veterans Day, the V.A. announced that all vets and gold star families now have a lifetime free pass to visit them.  And finally…..
