Fishing Report 11-2-22

If you like to saltwater fish, now is the time to go.  Everything that swims in saltwater is hitting except for cobia; they have left the building.  Inshore, the speckled trout are hitting on mirror lures, grubs, gulp and live shrimp.  The flounder are plentiful on mud minnows and cut bait.  The spots are still around and hitting on blood worms and shrimp.

Fresh water fall crappies are good on jigs, minnows, and beetle spins.  The bass are fattening up for winter so anything that resembles a bluegill is a good lure to use. Including crankbaits, jerk baits, swim jigs and sinko’s.

Catfish fishing is good on night crawlers and minnows.

Take a kid fishing.  Pick up your trash.  If you can donate some of your old rods and reels to make a kid’s Christmas happy go to Ipock’s Fishing charters on Facebook.
