An animal sanctuary called Gentle Barn is selling tickets to hug and cuddle turkeys ahead of Thanksgiving.  They’ve got three locations in California, Missouri, and Tennessee……….Three different dog stories are in the news right now:  A police dog went missing in Iowa over the weekend, and was later found hanging out and playing with other random dogs. Meanwhile, a dog that went missing in England is back home after wandering into a police station. And a nine-year-old in the U.K. named Noah Ley tricked his parents into getting him a puppy.  They were thinking about it, but the mom wasn’t sure it was a good idea.  So while Noah’s dad was out, he pretended to be his mom . . . texted the dad GO FOR IT . . . and now has a new puppy named Lulu…..and finally……..

16 dolphins got stranded on a beach in Nova Scotia, Canada on November 4, but people in the area heard about it on social media . . . rushed in with shovels, tarps, and sleds . . . and saved all 16 of them.  One report said over a hundred people showed up, even high school students and kids. On social media, members of the public and the local fire department expressed their thanks for everyone who did what they could to help rescue the stranded dolphins, saying “this was truly a community effort”.
