A Frontier Airlines flight from Orlando to Knoxville got canceled last week, so 13 random passengers rented a van together, and went on an epic 650-mile road trip. They took turns driving and had a blast, and they documented their trip on social media – hysterical!………… The world’s oldest pen pals just celebrated their 100th birthdays together, and tried Zoom for the first time. He lives in England, and she’s in Texas. They’ve been pen pals since 1938 when they were 16 years old. (Here’s a photo.)….And finally, speaking of 100th birthdays………
Remember Captain Tom Moore? He’s the guy in England who raised millions for charity two years ago by walking back and forth in his yard for his 100th birthday. And sadly, he passed away last year. But he’s in the news again, because his family just launched a website called AGiftOfKindness.net. It’s a place where anyone can share personal, uplifting stories. Or you can just read other people’s stories.
