A TV station in Chicago did a story on a guy named Ed Berthold, who’s still bowling at age 103.  He was a pilot in World War Two and got stranded in Iceland.  So he and his buddies passed the time by bowling on ice.  Now he’s still at it 80 years later………….. A lost dog was running down the side of a highway near L.A. on Friday.  But she’s okay after a nurse named Amber Streid pulled over . . . opened her door . . . and the dog jumped right in.  Amber has four rescues of her own at home, but she’s taking care of the dog for now and hoping to track down the owners…………….And finally……………. 

A police officer in Michigan gave a guy a much-needed hug, and the chest-cam footage is making the rounds online.  The guy had pulled over on his way to work, and was crying in his car because he was just overwhelmed with life. The cop asked if there was anything he could do, and the guy said he could “use a hug.” So the cop immediately said yes. The officer and his partner stayed and chatted with the man for about 20 minutes, and at the end of the video, he also tells him to call anytime, even if he just needs to talk.
