A woman in Canada had to drop out of college in 2013 to focus on her sobriety.  But now a decade later, Laura Eamon is 29 . . .  she’s been sober nine years . . . recently went back to school . . . and will graduate as valedictorian of her class next week……. An art teacher at a school in Honolulu was driving home from work recently when he saved a 100-year-old woman’s life. Her daughter’s car was stopped in the left lane.  Then he saw her standing in the road choking. So he jumped out, did the Heimlich, and saved her life.  It turned out she’d accidentally inhaled a cough drop. He left when cops got there.  But his shirt had his school’s logo on it.  So the daughter was able to track him down the next day and say thanks……And finally……….. 

A traffic camera in Fresno, California caught a guy on a motorcycle helping a family of ducks cross a busy street last week.  Brent Buckenberger was pulling up to a red light when the ducks darted in front of his bike.  So he pulled over, parked the bike, and ran out to stop traffic to make sure they got across safely.
