A farmer from Minnesota named David DeCook recently found a 3.8 carat diamond at Crater of Diamonds State Park in Arkansas.  One report said it could be worth up to $19,000.  He said it looked like a candy wrapper at first……………… Denver five-year-old Astoria Massa went viral this month after Qdoba forgot her side of guacamole and she was DEVASTATED.  Her parents posted a video of her with tears in her eyes, saying she was “heartbroken.”  But the company posted an update after they brought her back in . . . had a chef teach her how to make it . . . gave her a bunch of free swag . . . and named her their “Chief Guacamole Officer.”……………And finally………….

For Memorial Day, ABC News helped a family reconnect with a relative who died more than 50 years ago in Vietnam.  Captain Riley Leroy Pitts was killed in 1967, and was the first Black officer to receive the Medal of Honor.  His wife was recently watching a PBS documentary on Muhammad Ali when she randomly saw a clip of him talking about Ali being a conscientious objector.  It turned out it came from ABC’s archives, so ABC went looking for more footage.  It turned out a reporter had gone back to interview Captain Pitts’ men after he died.  They talked about how much they respected him, and the kind of leader he was. His wife and son both got emotional watching it.
