A Delta flight from Detroit to L.A. made an emergency landing on Monday to save a dog that had a medical emergency.  The travel site “View from the Wing” said it’s the first time they’ve ever heard of an airline doing it for a pet.  A vet on board treated the dog, and the plane landed in Minneapolis after a two-and-a-half-hour delay, but there’s been no mention of any complaints.  The pilot told them the dog was expected to make a full recovery…………… Here’s something your inner child would love:  The Virginia Aquarium is doing a sleepover that’s only for adults.  The fundraiser costs $130 and includes a light show, animal encounters, and other surprises.  There’s also an open bar…………………..And finally………….

GA high school grad Mykale Baker has become an internet sensation after a video of him working at a Burger King drive-thru just hours after his graduation went viral. Baker, still wearing his graduation medals, was filmed by a customer who was impressed by his dedication, and decided to start an online fundraiser for him. “Let’s get together as a community and support this young kid,” the fundraiser reads. “Let’s show him that the world is watching—and rooting for him.” That effort has raised more than $80K to help the grad pay for his tuition, books, supplies and other needs.  A surprised Baker said “I always watched people on YouTube receive cool surprises, but I never thought it would happen to me.”
