An Alaska Airlines crew helped out a couple flying to their wedding.  The flight attendants went up the aisle and asked people to write down their best advice for them as they head into married life.  Things like, “Be quick to forgive, and to say I’m sorry.” ……………….. A 13-year-old CA girl beat up a grown man who tried to attack her.  She says she was walking home from school when the guy popped out from between two cars and tried to punch her, but she’s taken jiu-jitsu classes for three years.   Her jiu-jitsu teacher said she “punched him . . . got him in a headlock . . . kneed him a couple of times . . . spun him around . . . [and] threw him on the ground.”  And at some point during all that, she stomped on his foot and broke his ankle.  She ran home and wasn’t hurt.  The guy was gone by the time cops got there, but they’re trying to track him down…………..And finally…………. 

OR man Oliver Widger has a huge following online after he quit his job to sail around the world with his cat, Phoenix.  He got diagnosed with a rare bone disorder that could eventually cause paralysis, so he cashed in his 401k and decided to see the world.  The cosmetics brand e.l.f. sent a plane out and dropped him a care package in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, then a huge crowd greeted him when he landed in Hawaii.  He might head to French Polynesia next, he’s not sure.  He says he learned how to sail from watching YouTube videos.  If you want to follow him, his TikTok handle is “Sailing with Phoenix.”
