Will Burrell, a kid on Long Island, is in the news after launching his own burger stand and letting veterans eat for free.  It’s called Will’s Smashburgers.  A portion of the profits also go to veteran-related charities. He runs the business out of Center Cuts Gourmet Butcher shop, where he personally smashes patties and leaves handwritten messages, like “strive to inspire” on his customers’ brown bags. Burrell said “It’s not always about what money you make or how popular you are, it’s that you want to do the right thing, always, never take shortcuts — and try and give back as much as possible.”
