A woman from Argentina took a trip to Italy to see the town where her father grew up, and the Airbnb she rented ended up being the house he was born in.  She didn’t realize it until she got there.  She brought old family photos with her, and was planning to go search for his old house, but then she saw it in one of the photos and realized she was already there……………. Jimmy Hernandez, a World War Two vet in California, went skydiving for his 100th birthday.  His family and friends showed up to watch from the ground and described him as a “dynamo.”  He said he knows he’s 100, but doesn’t feel like it.  And the secret to his longevity is always taking his “medication” . . . a shot of TEQUILA at 5:00 p.m. each day……………..And finally……………..  

No one hit the Powerball jackpot this week, but 10 employees at an OH elementary school are in the news after winning $1 million.  Their 10-person lottery pool won a million bucks in a Powerball drawing last month, and they decided to cut someone in on it, even though she wasn’t technically in the pool anymore.  A kindergarten teacher they worked with lost her battle with cancer six years ago, but they’ve been paying into the pool for her ever since.  Each person’s cut is $72,000 after taxes, and they’re giving her portion to her kids.
