A rare orange lobster had its life spared in upstate New York this month.  Some guy was at the store when he spotted it in a tank and knew it was special.  Only around one in 30 million lobsters are orange before they’re cooked.  He bought it and named it Jean-CLAUDE because of its two huge claws.  He got in touch with an animal group and released it back into the ocean……………… A FL TV news reporter helped a kindergarten teacher connect with a former student, from 24 years ago.  She wanted to give him a letter that his mother had written to her in March of 2001, about how proud she was of her son.   Six months later, she died in the September 11th attacks.  She was a flight attendant on Flight 93, which crashed in Shanksville, PA.  The student, Jevon Castrillo, is a parent now to a 3-month-old, and he said that he’ll continue to make his mom proud, since he knows, she was proud of him……………And finally…..

Earlier this month, someone in Utah stole an electric wheelchair that had belonged to 11-year-old Axton Bird, a boy with a rare genetic condition that has limited his joint movement and weakened his muscles.  After word got out, a couple of local nonprofits banded together to buy him a new one . . . and this one includes a few extra bells and whistles.  Axton’s parents say this was HUGE, because insurance wasn’t much of a help, and they’re living paycheck to paycheck.  (Here’s a local news report on this.)
