In 2020, an Idaho woman, Rachelle Ruffing, saved a guy from drowning while she was out paddleboarding on a river.  Now they just reunited five years later after she got an invite to his wedding. Brendon Lease got sucked under in his kayak, and she gave him CPR.  He lives out of state, so she and her husband flew in for the wedding earlier this month……………. A MI three-year-old  used his mom’s phone to save her life.  Shantell Woods said that she felt dizzy and sat down on her couch, then suffering a seizure and falling unconscious. Her son, Cody, used her iPhone to FaceTime a friend and get help.  He even knew to put it close to his mom’s face to unlock it. Cody’s mom said “I want to cry right now. He’s just my hero.”………………And finally…………. 

A 12-year-old Wales boy named Jack grew his hair out for years so he could donate it to the Little Princess Trust.  It’s a charity in the U.K. that makes wigs for kids going through chemo.  Classmates teased him for his long blond hair and called him “Goldilocks”, but it didn’t stop him – and the kids have since apologized.  In the last 20 years, the charity has helped more than 19,000 children and young people, and funded 158 research projects searching for kinder and more effective treatments for all childhood cancers.
