This could have easily been BAD news: A teenager in Kansas City was on a rollercoaster at an amusement park last month when her seatbelt came undone mid-ride. A couple in the next row up heard her scream and held her down until the ride ended. They say she was close to being thrown out every time they went over a hill, or around a big turn. They got one of those “fun” photos parks sell at the end of the ride, and it did NOT look like a fun experience. The park said they checked everything out and made sure the coaster was safe before resuming rides later that day…………Three brothers in California were going through their mom’s attic after she died and found a pristine copy of the first “Superman” comic from 1939. It’s going up for auction later this month, and could sell for over $6 million……………….And finally………….
A woman in Tampa just got her dog back seven years after he went missing during a burglary. The burglar left the door of her house open, and her dog Luca ran out. She kept his microchip active for seven years hoping someone might find him and reach out. A cop spotted him wandering down the street last month, opened his car door and Luca jumped in. The officer took him to a vet where his chip was scanned and his owner was contacted.
